@This is HAYABUSA of Thai that
was supplied by Japan in 1944. It seems that it was export by trader. Quantity
is about 12 and the partial of them would be disposed till 1949. The kit
produced by Hasegawa, therefore I could assemble it with no stress.
Well, I don't have data concerning the coloring of Thai's HAYABUSA . I heard
that the color of upper surface was dark-brown, which color was used for
Japanese Army air wing from 1944, with dark-green tiger stripes. Therefore,
the under surface was painted with light-grayish-brown color, wasn't it?
Japanese red roundel was drawn on the upper surface of wings. Mark of white
elephant in red rectangle was drawn on vertical tail wing and under surface
of wings. I used old decal. These were so easy to be torn. I had many troubles
to put them on the kit. There is no No. or sign on the kit. I think it is
a little weary. So, I decided to draw a No.12 on the side of the fuselage.
Where is the No.12 drawn? Yeeees! You will be able to find a mark just like
an eddy, will you? The 12 of Thai numeral is that! I think it is realistic.
Don't you think so? I was taught those numerals by a pretty Thai lady.
